Alicia Witt was a musician right from the beginning of her screen career, even if she's better than a singer, songwriter or pianist. A pianist by profession her first EP in 2009 featuring her vocals that were strong and beautiful. Revisionary History was her first studio album. The album was co-produced by Ben Folds. The Conduit was her next album, which was her first time in co-production. Alicia Witt was first seen on the screen in 1984, in David Lynch's adaptation of Frank Herbert's Dune. She was a pianist the piano before beginning acting was no surprise that she got pigeonholed during her early years as an actress. Though she appeared more on screen than she was on stage, her professional career as a musician didn't commence until the year 1995.
